The short version
Fun Sauna is a booking-introduction service. When you message us, we use what you tell us to recommend a venue and set up your visit. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers on you, and we keep your conversation between you and our booking team.
What we collect
- The messages you send us on WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram.
- Booking details you choose to share — your name, the date you're visiting, your hotel name for pick-up, and any preferences.
- Basic, anonymous visit data for this website (which pages are popular), with no attempt to identify you personally.
We never ask for, or want, sensitive identity documents, payment-card numbers, or any government ID. You settle your bill directly with the venue on the night.
How we use it
Strictly to do the job you asked us to do: suggest the right venue, confirm a price, let the front desk know you're coming, and arrange your hotel transfer. We may keep a light record of past bookings so we can pick up where we left off if you message us again.
Who else is involved
Your messages travel over WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram, which are run by their own companies under their own privacy terms. The venue you book receives only what's needed to expect you — typically a first name and an arrival time. We don't pass your contact details to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We hold booking conversations only as long as they're useful for serving you, then remove them. If you'd like us to delete your chat history with us, just ask and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to erase it. Because everything runs through a messaging app, the simplest way to do any of this is to message us.
